    I've got a couple windows 98 pc's. which are just lieing there at the moment, there must be something i can put them to use for?. there quite old, any suggestions ? . i like reusing stuff -Kevvv

    They may look old, I have an idea. Make one mega high spec with upgrades and say your old tatty PC can you beat your mates new Laptop. Get his money and shazzam!

    You can turn it into a firewall, like the computer is a firewall but I can't remember how you do it :S

    I put linux on one of them, and it's fairly slow :[. now and again you'll get pixels out of place like white patches when you move too fast. They were fairly decent computers at the time, used in my father's workplace.

    Install Linux onto one, install Linux Firewall then hook it up to a modem or router then you have an awesome firewall
