Well, I have 2 fish tanks in my room. One is 90 liters, and the other is 50. In the 90 liter one, I have around 40 very small tropical fish. In the 50 liter one, I have nothing so far (but its equipped for tropical fish). I was thinking of moving the small ones in the 90 liter tropical tank to the 50 liter one, and getting something like Freshwater Stingrays for the 90 liter one. Does this sound ok? Would it be stressful? And yes, I know freshwater stingrays cost nearly £100 but I am a very keen aquarist

If the small fishes are in the tank now are relatively new then it should be ok, + your not moving them far so it would be fine, you'll just have to give them an hour or so to settle in. And the rays sound cool!

It should be ok, as far as I can remember if you buy them young they only grow to a size that is ok for the space they have
but its been nearly a year since I got rid of my marine tank

I think my budget would only extend to freshwater stingrays, but maybe someday, I can afford marine

Yea it was my mums but I looked after it :rolleyes: kids and getting bored with their toys lol
But yea we couldn't afford the upkeep and my favourite fish died it was a dwarf lionfish and it was called fu-manchu
