Ok, I got the RROD. Now I did the towel trick and it works, but I know it wont help for long. Should I get an inter cooler to ward it off for good? Or should I just hope it never comes back?

If the warranty hasn't run out don't waste money on a cooler send it off to Microsoft.

How long is the warranty? I bought it like a little less than a year ago.

warranty for RROD is 3years now
dont bother with an intercooler they do more damage and void the warranty as they leave burn marks across the back of the xbox.

Do I have to have a manual or the box the 360 came in to send it back in? I think I might have thrown all that stuff away. All I have is the console.

Yeah, I'm probably going to call in here in a few when their phone lines open and check it out. Sucks though cause I bought a lot of stuff and downloaded it onto the Xbox

only send them the console, take the hard drive off and the faceplate if you have one on there, they stole my cousins when he sent it back
he forgot to take it off
