Im Currently left wondering, whether theres really any point in me adding guides to my website. Do you find fansite guides helpful? If so, what ones and where?

If you want a better chance of becoming official, yes.

Yes with custom images and content not copied guides over and over.

the guides should be unique can contain stuff that hasnt been seen elsewhere.

Some guides can be useful, some just created to take up space on things that are so simple.
Things which keep track of stuff are useful to most people
