    I would reccomend Winamp, but it's not my favorite program. Try looking around on Google. I am sure your answer lies within the searching walls of google.

    Virtual DJ costs I think, either that or it requires a mixer or something. Not sure but that's what I have heard. Anytime I have heard someone DJ with that it has sounded like, they are underwater lol. It's just bad quality.

    Winamp works for some and is the only other one I would reccomend. You would need to download shoutcast alongside that as well.
