That's actually pretty nice.
I like the banner box effect towards the bottom.
Maybe use a volter gold text, (stroke 1 pixel black) on the bottoms banners for: "Navigation" "Content"
Looking great so far.

Banner is unique, rest is just terribly bad its a shame a good header has went into something like that... Also, I'd make it a lot bigger!

Very nice. Although, I think the pink sort of throws it off for me.

Verry nice, but it looks too plain. Try adding a background or something. Shadings etc?

I have to tell you, that's a pretty original layout so well done. Bottom half is a bit plain though.
