Rare Value Report (with plenty evidence)

When I read the reports on here people always comment that they seem unreliable or that they don't believe that the trade actually happened at that price. So for my first rare value report in what seems like years I will include all the evidence needed to try and provide an accurate account of rare values.

All trades took place this morning in my rare shop and were done by myself.

BIRD BATHS
Green BB - 4 HC sofas
Grey BB - 14 HC sofas

Staying steady at 2 hc sofas

PETAL PATCH
2 hc, although i believe this was a one off lucky trade, they are still very hard to sell at 3 hc per at the moment

GREEN PILLOW
Very hard to find, sold 2 of mine at 6 hc earlier, wish id kept them and held out for more as I think they are deffos on the up.

Throne
63 HC sofas - Sold mine for 63, but then bought another for 62, and then saw another get bought from someone else at 64 hc sofas. So pretty much 63 hc sofas.

Yep nice touch there with the images but in the future to save you time just post the values as you don't need to proove yourself, i think we'll no if your making things up eg if you see a super traded like 100 times in one day.
