Default [URGENT] Is this monitor any good? +Rep!

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Dell-17-TFT-LC...em130239096685

I need to know the refresh rate, because I think its quite old and I don't want it blurry.

Is it a good LCD monitor or not? I need to make sure before I bid.

    +Rep to help.

I don't know much about monitors.

    60Hz, good or bad?

For example, if I scroll, will that make it blurry?

60Hz is what most monitors use, it won't look blurry.

Monitors over 10ms, I find, when the screen changes/you scroll etc. its blurry for a tiny period, which gets annoying. Especially when you're playing 1st person shooters.
