Me and my 2 other mates were playing footie then this red car parked up by this pavement next to the field we were playing and this weird guy was staring at us, so we all stared at him back, then my friends dad saw him staring and beeped at him, so he drove off then reversed back a bit and stared again and then went off completely. Im just scared

To be honest you don't know why he was there, it could all be very innocent, maybe he was searching for his own child? Who knows! But should he return, make sure you take down the registration number of his car, just in case you need it at a later date.

It's very easy to jump to conclusions when things like this happen. To be on the safe side I would make sure that if you see the car again around your neighbourhood or anywhere that you try and stay away from it. As long as you're alert then you should be OK. I think there's still a good chance that the man was there in totally innocent circumstances.
