The 2nd "Withdraw 10" changes. If you click "withdraw X" & type 300, the second "Withdraw 10" changes to "Withdraw 300".

Because the last amount you withdrew was 10. It now gives an option containing the last amount you withdrew, so for instance if you went to "Withdraw X" and put 28, next time you right click anything in your bank there will also be a Withdraw 28 option.
