Right ring up xbox live ( Number on manual ),
When you ring them say that you need the UDP code for my router, they will guide you what you have to do to enable the xbox live onto your router.
** Its free to ring btw pal!
Hey,
What thing doesn't work when you run the "Test Connection" facility on the System blade? (Like what thing fails the test)
Never heard of what Jayke is describing
IP always fails![]()

Hmm, What kind of switch do you have?
Here is an article on the IP Failure error - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908885
Might help a bit![]()
Try swapping around the order of the ethernet cables, so PC where Xbox 360 is and vice versa.
Yeah also try what Johno said, if it can't resolve the IP Address then it's a problem with the router and not the Xbox 360.
I know search on start > Run > Open it type /cmd > Once its open /ipconfig everything should come up ip, DNS, etcIf you still need help

Ill help there
