Seeming as most of the bullying is coming from new members or people making multiple accounts why not make it so you have to have a certain number of posts, 250 or something, before you can post there. If possible.. Just a suggestion

It's been closed like this before and it's only temporary. Hopefully the arguments will stop when spam is re-opened. If they continue then it will most likely be closed again but for a longer period of time and obviously the culprits, as always, will be dealt with severely.

No, Risque/seattlegrace/Alex is the perpetrator.
It's just no management have the balls to ban him. It was fine before his ego (which he had to ship over on an Airbus 380 I might add) came.
