I need some program which converts pdf to excel...

I have a program (able2extract) but it only grabs the text,
I REALLY need it to grab the images & background colors too

its for my uncle's pricelists.. (office furniture) & the pricelists contain images of the furniture & its sizes etc

    Anyone who can help ?
    Thanks

according to the first website I posted

"Unfortunately, you can’t convert straight to Excel format, so we’ll have to go through the intermediary TXT format."

Damn, I was thinking that but its for my uncle's company & hes being stubborn or how you type that .. he wants to be able to edit his .pdf prize lists in excel without any of the images/layout changing

which i think will be impossible ;l
