Contact Form???

How do I get a contact forum on my website where each opetion sends to a different email address.

For example...

There is a drop down menu and u can pick from; News, Radio, Forum etc.

and you want to email the Forum. And that gets sent to the forum managers email.

Is there any way I could do this??? Please help...
