since I updated my ipod with the 2.0 upgrade it has been crashing and it has been very slow. Anyone else with this problem?

It being very slow is a common problem - Apple has released an update for iPhone this morning (2.0.1) which stops all the slow and lagness of the device. I don't know if it's out for iPod Touch yet, but it will be soon.
Crashing may be because some of the applications you downloaded.eek.
