Right, I've started making a new layout, and I think that its realy un-unique, i'm trying to keep with the "Habbo 2.0" style, but it is just to common.

Here is what I have so far:

Can you give me any tips on how to make it better? What to add & what to change.

I think it's great,

Tips:
Use a banner with open space to put your site name, otherwise it'll look to busy

Make the box headers bigger.
