    Looks like your internet connect cut out for a few seconds, causing the download time to be amazingly high.

    The number is 4294967295, because in this case, the maximum 10 digit unsigned number is 4294967295.

    Quite strange..also I believe the maximum amount of users and posts per user on a vbulletin forum is 4294967295.

    Its the maximum number for a 32bit unsigned integer. Since vBulletin and most other forum software uses a integer id field on a 32bit MySQL server the limit would be infact 4294967295 (Unsigned). However, it is not a limit in the software itself but the database and/or webserver it runs on. If you were to run vBulletin, for example, on a 64Bit MySQL and a PHP-Compatibile 64bit Webserver you would have a limit of 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 (unsigned).
