Can someone make a banner for me?

Hi.
I am making a new Habbo UK fansite called Habbo Heaven. I've tried to create a banner but I can't. If someone could, here are the requirements:

The banner has to be exactly the size of this one: http://uploadpicz.com/images/8KSXTQ2.jpg

The text on the banner should be in the middle looking like this:
Habbo Heaven


It should include a picture of our angel, this can be found at: http://uploadpicz.com/images/G2QLRC9.gif

In the right corner, there should be a bit of the Skylight Lobby (the tube where the water is) in a corner-shaped triangle.

In the rest the 1st Gradient is light blue, the second gradient is white.

The font of the text could be quite fun if it was the Habbo text. I found a text generator on a German site which could do that, it's at http://www.habbotimes.de/index.php?s=63. Scroll down and choose "Habbo Classic (groB)" and then type "Habbo Heaven" in the text. Click "Schrift anzeigen" and voila! Put that on the middle, upload it and reply to this with the link. That should most likely be the banner.
