I came runner up in the fansite8 competition so i sent a polite call for help asking why i still have not got my prize this is the reply i took a screen shot!

Please try to remember that the CFH is for emergencies only, while that mod/hobba was replying to your call, there could have been someone else who may have really needed help and not got it.
While i understand that not getting your prize promptly may be annoying, you'll just need to be patient and not bug the mods with cfh's, as they said in thier message, they can't do anything about it as it's a staff issue and staff would'nt have been in the office on Sunday anyway.
