Basic C++ compiler for Windows?

I'm in need off a basic C++ compiler for Windows XP. I can't find one that will run on 128mb RAM (Old computer)
I want a basic one which does the job without all those useless tools packed into it, need it to be Freeware btw

Uhh. BlueJ is a C/C#/C++ & Java IDE, it might have the compiling tool.
