Default Buying new computer monitor. [+REP for help]

Hey, since my HP pavilion monitor decided to stop working, i think its time to invest in a new monitor :]. I'm looking for around 20" decent size, I'm willing to buy on-line on sites like Amazon and ebuyer, but would prefer to stay away from ebay as guarentees are dodgey. I'm looking for a good priced one too
Thanks for reading , +REP to any usefull soloutions

Is this one any good, value+performance wize also?

    Delivery to Eire £12.99
    7am - 5.30pm Within 2-3 working days
12.99, so thats a fair lump also,

The screen is very good - great plus that they have speakers built in, although i've only tested them, restof the time it goes through my own speaker system

Cibox isn't a well heard of make , but are very good... i'm Happy with my screen infact end of sept i'm buying a second.
But as you can see on ebuyer its had quite a number of reviews and still has a high star rating

and if you don't mind waiting a within 5 day delivery is free.. what i decided to go with on that purchase and got it within 2 days of ordering anyway!

It's because im in ireland the postage is so high, its not to do with the wait, its a flat rate for ireland i think

Also, does anyone have any voucher codes for Ebuyer, or does anyone know if i ring there hotline, how much roughly will i be charged per minute, because i cant find it on there website

Sadly no vouchers for ebuyer exist! , you can search the net all you want but their coupon code box has nothing to fill it
