Password reset playing up?

I no there is already a thread on this but I can't post on it for some reason.

Well I forgot my password to my account, so I sent for a password reset.

After waiting about 5hours, I got an e-mail, just to find the password reset link had timed out/expired.

This keeps happening everytime I try to change my password via the link in the e-mail, the link has just expired everytime.

I seen other posts about these and searched for it, but there is no solution, can anybody help, please? these is stupid.
