Serpents of Doom

Why is their value at 2 CS? I mean, I've been looking for them for around a week now and I've only seen, what, 4 of them? Shouldn't the Rare Values Department set values depending on the values they see? Or is -Danube- slowly bringing economics into Habbo? Just because there is a high demand with low supply, doesn't mean that the value will rise by 1 CS (50%). I haven't seen any trades involving Serpents of Doom in the past two or three days, and when I bought them, I bought them for just a little over 2 CS each.

And if -Danube- is really mixing economics with Habbo, the values of many rares would have dropped quite significantly because of the high supply and low demand.

Could somebody please give me an explanation of this substantial rise in the value of the Serpent of Doom despite them not being traded a lot?

I've been in trade rooms the whole time whilst online for the past week (due to the reconstruction of my casino) and haven't seen any trades involving the Serpent of Doom. I think I only managed to buy one off somebody, but that's it. Can't remember that well. So wow, you guys must be pro in finding secret popular trade rooms with people trading Serpents of Doom. I shout my head off at Trade City and get no replies =(

And one of my friends who works for your department hasn't seen Serpents of Doom being traded for over 2 CS, so I don't know where you would get your values from.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not implying that there's been some fake values and/or value fixing going on. I just... find it remarkable.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, please tell your whole department to add my Habbo. I've been trying to find some rares I need lately and haven't had much luck finding them. So yeah, if you add me to your list, I'll tell you what I need, then you can use your super skills to help me find it. After all, you guys, as Moony said, are in trade rooms all day long, right? And it'll be a win-win situation anyway. I get what I need and you get to report more values.

i am not bringing economics into Habbo (I don't even do economics) the reason why black drags have risen is because i have had quite a few reports seeing the value at 3.0

I've also been in a few trade rooms looking for them and everytime there are trading someone would go "2HC for black drag" owner will be like no and then they go "2HC and a 0.5 for it" owner still goes no then they go "3HC for it?" and owner sells at this.

Dan, I seriously haven't seen Serpents of Doom for sale in any sort of trade room whatsoever, whether it be furni shop, casino or Trade City. Like I said:

Hello DieselShaq.

There may be people in the department seeing it at 2CS but its a majority thing, you can't just be biased by saying "2CS seems reasonable, let's put it at that", if there's been more people seeing it at 3CS, that's what the value will be.

Unfortunately for you guys, I have quite a lot of RVRs on my list and, well, I guess they aren't really friends? Either that or the values are questionable.

Alex, you know that I've been shouting for Serpents of Doom for quite a while, along with quite a number of other rares. I don't see why you guys can't message me to tell me that you see something I want in a room or someone is selling something I want. How come you guys see Serpents of Doom in trade rooms and I don't? And I've also made threads about it in the Rare Trading forum. You can just drop me a word or something in the messenger. Both my computer and Habbo are on even when I am asleep and I check for messages in the morning.

Anyway, I'll be expecting you guys to keep an eye out for me on things I need from now on, since you all have super skills to find secretly popular trade rooms which don't seem to appear on my list.

I'm not sure why you are expecting us to help you, Our job is to report values, Not help people find them. If you would of been polite and asked nicely if I could help you find one then theres no doubt that I would of said yes but instead you basically accuse us of giving fake values. So in this case I do not wish to help you. It's up to any of the other RVR's if they want to help you.
