    It's not the closest, as you can only go to certain ones depending on your level.

    Turael - Burthorpe
    Mazchna - Canifis
    Vannaka - Edgeville Dungeon

    There you're best bets.
    If you're new to slayer, you should go to Turael in Burthorpe.
