quick CSS question

So when Im playing counter strike: source occasionally it will freeze then go back is it the Graphics Card or the connection.

Ok so just say theirs a body on the floor for this purpose it freezes then
un freezes and the body falls down to the floor again? So Is that the connection yes

Definatly.

Go into console and type "net_graph 1", load into a game and look at your Ping and choke.
