I'm not sure why its called Habtopia? It doesnt look like a habbo utopia.

Add detail and texture to the bricks, they look flat and 2D. Try putting shadows underneath bricks to begin with and move on from there.
The monster doesn't look real, it's like it's a plastic model placed in the bloody water. Try making it more fluid, perhaps submerging it's head a bit more to make it more sinister and lurky. Ripples on the water would work well too, borrow those from the Lido or something :p
The shadow is on the wrong side of the Giant Tampon.
I think the grass, water and path all need more detail and textures - look at Cptn.Kewl's work for good examples.
Looks promising.
