Changing from Tables to Div's

Hey! Ok, Right, i can code in tables very well..

I was wondering wether there's any quick way of switching to Div's

Ive read some guides But cant seem to figure it out!!

Can you code expandables with divs? Or does it have to JS?
Isnt div's CSS?
