I've just phoned Setanta up because I paid for it earlyer and wanted to watch the England match that's on now. It hasn't come on despite the fact that I've paid for it. Anyway, when I rang them up I had to sit in a que for like 10 mins waiting for sumone to take my call and when they answered, I explained my problem to them and they told me I had to ring back and choose the second option because I was in the wrong place. I asked him if he could be me through as I've alredy just say for 10 minutes waiting to speak to him. He said he couldn't so I lost my rag and said their fobbing me off and he then said "yes" and put the phone down. I'm FUMING. Is there anyway they can find out who he is if I complain? I've got the time of the call written down and everything.

To top it off, I can't watch the England match :@:@:@:@:@
