Windows:
Open iTunes > Open iPod > Shift-Click "Restore" > Find FW file > Open.
Mac:
I'd assume same thing, but the Apple key instead of shift, try cmd too.
Make sure you've got iTunes 8.0 first however, it could muck up if you don't.Last edited by lolwut; 10-09-2008 at 07:15 PM.

iTunes 8 is a beast, especially with Genius play lists and the grid view. Plus its not slow and crap like it was before!
