Default How does this work o.o

    E-mail addresses beginning
with with "A", "M" or "S" get more spam than those starting with "Q" or "Z".

    (from bbc website)

There are more people with emails registered with A,M or S than there are with Q or Z. As there aren't many names begining with Q or Z the people who do register the emails with those registers are most likely to use words from the dictionary or something creative and would probably be a bit smarter. The smarter people would know how web spiders capture email adresses to add to their mailing lists so they'd probably visit more sophisticated sites like personal blogs which would most likely protect the email links / disable web spiders where as peoples names begining with A , M or S are most likely to visit Myspace/Bebo and post them all over the place, which will result in their email adress being captured more.

How hard is it to look it up, if you don't understand it?

It tell you, they know [email protected], so why not try [email protected], and so on.

Dictionary attacks, although there are other methods.

Aww, I'm sorry you got your feelings hurt. Quit trying to argue and be a baby

Perhaps if you read his first post, he provided a link to the exact article in which I received this information.

You didn't hurt my feelings as I don't get offended by people who's head is the size of a cows anus. Perhaps it was but he didn't see, there was no need to throw a funny was there?

Quit trying to start an argument, if you haven't noticed, no-one on this forum likes you.. and I don't see how you keep getting unbanned

    -------

I didn't "throw a funny", I simple explained if he would have looked, it told him where it was.. and I even explained it to him.

Much more contribution to this thread then you have provided.

Now drop it, and quit trying to argue.
