Why does my rep sometimes come out as grey when i view whos repped me?
When someone repped me GOOD, it came out grey - why?

This means they havent got enough rep power to rep you, whether good or bad. It doesnt afffect your reputation points whatsoevever.

No Because you could make multiple account and bad/good rep people for no reason.
