Godaddy PreviewWorld famous domain registrar GoDaddy has redesigned its web design to make it more user friendly and easier to use.
The design has been designed with the user in mind. The navigation controls have been reduced and are easier to understand for first time visitors. GoDaddy’s design team have added a panel on the left hand side of the pages showing a users products and services when signed into their account. They have also added a “Quick Tour” of the website for potential first time customers.
The new design will be launched across the website not just the homepage including when a user logs in. The domain manager which some people do not like has not been changed as far as we know.
We have had a breif look at the new design and it looks alot better than the current design. It is alot less cluttered and information is spread out although some pages will not change and they still are cluttered with text making it a little untidy. We have been told that GoDaddy will be updating the site over time so look out for new features added regulary.
The new web design will be launched in different countires so if you navigate to the website now and the old site still remains be sure to check back in the next few days. This is one big change for one big registrar.
