    Default Wireless mighty mouse issue

Ok this problem has been here since I got the mouse. Basically, when i turn it on before I turn on the computer, it works. However, if I only turn it on after everything loads, e.g. finished startup, I have to turn on and off Bluetooth for it to work. My Apple wireless keyboard on the other hand, does not require any "on and off bluetooth" even just turning it on after startup, takes 3 secs to connect. Using Macbook Pro, any help? +rep

They both have auto-sleep functions so you don't need to turn them off, unless you really want to.

My Apple Wireless keyboard is so annoying, I can't moving it any more than 30cm away from my iMac before it loses connection.
    That went fast.

Try leaving your Mighty Mouse ON but with the batteries out when you're not using it.
I had this issue with my wireless KB & mouse, but it frustrated me so much I switched to wired. So much happier.
i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why
