Forum Skin - Basicly all u need is to be able to choose what colors look together

Hi,

I need a custom forum skin for Vbulletin all you need to know is a bit of CSS. be able to choose what colors look together, and common sence. I cant offer a lot but u might get something. No asking what you will get thats not the point.

it really isnt that simple to make a vb skin you need to make complicated templates then code it and then make different files.. not just alter the css. :S
