Changing Songs While Itunes Is In The Background

I'm looking for something that would let me assign a key to change what I'm listening to while I'm in a full screen game or something.

I've had a little look, but so far the only thing I've found is iTunesKeys, but that doesn't work while I'm in a game. So any help is appreciated
