Layout help

Hi, i am pritty stuck with a content box i dont know how to start it. Please help?

Hey. Here are some things about the layout:

• It looks un-professional.
• The colours aren't looking good.
• The fonts aren't looking good.
• The footer looks bad.
• You could add a sub-nav on the left/right side of the content box?
• Change the colours.
• It looks too plain.
• This won't look good on a website.

Meti I haven't seen a design from you thats better and he didn't ask what you think did he? Perhaps on the left have just plain text with pictures etc etc. On the right have maybe an "Team Profile" picture, it randomly loads on each different pages say 2 pictures of your team with a link to their profile?
