    Default Rare Values Report VI

Okay, I'm back to public rare value reports after a hiatus of just a little over a month. Format is still the same as before:

    Bracketed number: current Habbox price
    Purple font:
amount of times I have seen people buy for less than current Habbox price
Lime font: amount of times I have seen people buy for current Habbox price
    Blue font:
amount of times I have seen people buy for more than current Habbox price
    Pink font: my comments

I have added a new feature to my reports, and that's the verdict! This is basically what I think of in terms of the rare's value in the near future.

    Habbo Cola Machine (1.00 CS)
    1.00 CS - Seen twice
1.50 CS - Seen twice (sold two for 3 Club Sofas)

A slight sign of a rise in value for this rare. People seem to want them all of a sudden. I haven't seen them used for many rooms, to be honest, so I don't really know what people are doing with them...

    Verdict: Rise

    Blue Amber Lamp
    (3.00 CS)

3.00 CS - Seen sixteen times

All the sixteen times I've seen were sold by one person to many, showing a somewhat high demand and stable price. Most don't seem to anticipate a rise in the value, despite it having risen recently.

    Verdict: Stable

    Habbo Turntable (3.50 CS)
    3.50 CS - Seen once
4.00 CS - Seen fourteen times

Fourteen of them were bought by me, since I was desperate for them for my casino. However, I have also seen some buy them for less. They seem to be quite popular and scarce, so some expect to sell them for a high price, though some just sell them at their current price.

    Verdict: Rise

    Serpent of Doom (4.00 CS)
    4.20 CS - Seen
five times (sold five for 21 Club Sofas)

This rare continues to have a high demand, low supply and high scarcity, causing its rapid rise in value. It doesn't look to decrease in popularity soon, as most people are anticipating a constant, rapid rise in its value, resulting in many wanting to invest in them.

    Verdict: Rise

    Green Birdbath (4.00 CS)
4.00 CS - Seen eight times

A stable rare. People tend to like the nice, rounded figure of this rare, and it doesn't look like anyone is willing to give profit for it. Neither do people expect profit for it. I was able to buy four of them for 4 CS each and sell them back for 4 CS at ease.

    Verdict: Stable

    Throne (61.00 CS)

    60.00 CS - Seen once
    62.00 CS - Seen once

People are starting to guess the future of this rare once again. Most believe that it will continue to fall, again, not realising that the traders of Habbo decide the value. Buyers are starting to offer lower than 60 Club Sofas, but most sellers aren't willing to give them for that price.

    Verdict: Stable

    That concludes my sixth report.

I agree with most of them, I think the throne might go down SLIGHTLY, other than that, great report, nice use of colours and comments and I hope you're able to come back to the team when apps open!

I'm not too sure about the Throne, 'cause most people don't seem to want to sell them for less than 60 Club Sofas and some aren't willing to give over 60 Club Sofas... The Throne has always been tricky, so it really is just a gamble...

Most values seem accurate, great use of colour and pictures, wd.

To be honest, I'm doing these reports for a higher chance of returning to the department if/when I can.

Anyhow, thanks for the positive feedback so far. Someone, PLEASE tell me how I can improve them...

I dont think there is any way you can improve, your layouts are very well structured and values seem to be accurate enough
    Good job.

Took me a while to think of the verdict bit when I was thinking of improvements. There's bound to be more!

If you want to improve it, not this one but generally just post a report a day just like this one!
