It's a shame because it's a good forum, it's always going to happen to Habbo fansites just unfortunate that it has happened to CH a few times in quick succession. Perhaps they need to up security I've seen people calling for them to lose their official status but I think that would be very harsh.

CH can't loose their official status, as its the site thats official, not the forum.
If the site was to get hacked however, They would have no option to loose their official status, as fansites are supposed to be high-security.

They won't loose official status because it's the site that is official, not the forums.

Also, they won't necessarily loose official status if their site was hacked. If a security flaw is taken advantage of then as an Official Fansite you're meant to let habbo know instantly so they can take the correct action (temporary or not temp.)
