hey everyone! its my first time on the habbo forum, very cool. im posting here to ask something very important, well two things really. i had a habbo about 2 years ago who i regretly got banned, i cant log in with him now...so my 2 questions are:

1. Do habbos get deleted if not on habbo after a certain time?

2. is it because i havent got a number in the pass which i need but at the time i didnt...

if the questions dont make any sense plz tell me and ill explain alot more....plz guys i really need help with this one.....thanx guys :eusa_pray

Firstly, welcome to the forum, you've come to the right place.

Ocassionally Habbo do have a clearout of idle accounts, so try creating a new account using the name you ahd before to see if it has now become available again.
And to answer your second question, no, i don't think it would prevent you from logging on just because you didn't have a number in there, it'd just ask you to put one in next time you accessed the password page.
