I was thinking, Habbo havnt made that many Hotels!
So i've listed a few. Feel free to add more, and ill get a mod to edit this.
You may also want to say wether or not you like the idea of having a South African hotel for example.

There were more, but they closed... They weren't getting enough users because they were already on other hotels.. I doubt they'll open more unless there really is a need for it.

Yes but Habbo don't really want to be paying out for a flop. Take the Habbo Bulgaria hotel for instance, this could be peak visitors from 10-15, I don't think Habbo want to be losing profit but making profit. The hotels are fine as they are, but the only hotel I would like to see open is the south african won, not just so I can go on there and talk to the people in a devastating country but I will be able to make good friends with them, and help them out abit via paypal.

South Africa isnt that poor, its Africa in general thats poor. Finkelstien for example, rich man :p

I think the African hotels may not be the best idea, there is a great deal of poverty in the area. Moreover, I remember when all the English speaking users played either UK or CH. Now that there's more English hotels, so there's less people on CH and UK (CH changing to one language wasn't a smart move either). Thinking personally I don't want more hotels, I don't want any risks of Sulake shutting down. However Sulake being a business will probably open additional hotels, as they want more income .
