If your looking for fast exp, powermine granite in the Quarry in the desert.
If your looking for cash, mine coal or gold.

Fastest XP at your level would be powermining iron ore south of the fishing colony. Slighttly faster than granite.

Good luck mate, do coal at Camelot and put them in the trucks and when they're full up go to the bank and empty them all then just keep mining away. That way you get exp and cash. Or you could use the coal for your own use obviously..
