    Default Free stuff in D&D.

    It's getting old.

Out of the 20 threads displayed, at least 10 are advertising "Free layout", "Free background", etc.. from the same users.

And 90% of them aren't even that good.. at all.

Can we not have a "free stuff" forum, or somehow clean up the D&D section and organize the sub-forums around a little bit?

It's getting old seeing those free threads..

It looks like you have a fair point, just did a search of the forum for the last week with all threads containing the word free in the title.

It looks like your right really, interestingly though most of the threads are by the same, from what I can see 2 people. It might be an idea to ask those individuals to consider using one thread for all their "Free stuff" as a sign of courtesy to other members that use that section.

If that's not an option and since management seem to worry about having too many forums, maybe they should look into merging one of the existing subforums into the current parent forum and then creating a free stuff forum. Might be something to let the users of the D&D forum decide on a poll or something.

Seconded by me, all these Free stuff threads are annoying now as most of it isn't actually that good and well you can't find any decent threads actually regarding web sites in the D&D section anymore .

    Lol!
I'm just doing something for the community!

But you could do a rule about free releases. They have to look good, and be useful.
    Not like really rubbish things.

Totally agree with you here, some sort of sub-forum to put all the FREE stuff into one area, will make that area of the forum nice and clean.

    Hey

I agree with what has been said so far, what Invent! says is totally true. Meti's idea wouldn't work as who should be the judge of what is good and what is not, someone could always get the use out of it.

My solution to the problem is rename the "Free Requests" sub-forum to "Free Downloads/Requests" - With the prefix's [DL] and [Req] used.

That removes the need for yet another sub-forum and allows there to be a specific area for this
