Signing up to forums

I have a problem with a forum (not this one)

Everytime I sign up, it bans me after a week or day because it says I have another account, which is banned.

Will changing my IP resolve this problem? If so, how do I change it, ty =D

It might not, since it also records your Host Name.

To change your IP adress, first you open up CMD (type CMD into the 'Run' function of Windows) and if you're on vista, right click and click, Run as Admin.
With the CMD open, type this;

ipconfig/release

then hit enter, after that, scroll down and type;

exit

then hit enter again. Now you will have local internet access ONLY, now you open up your internet connection window, the thing which anylises your internet status, and it shud see that you only have local access, follow the steps provided and it will eventually aquire you a NEW IP adress automatically to get you back onto the net. There you go, changed IP.
