Here are some pros and cons from various sites:

Pros Compact, trim and stylish design. Stunning VGA quality touch-screen. Improved UI design. Fast connectivity
Cons Disappointingly vapid camera and video performance. No option to expand memory. Windows OS not ideal
Advantages: 4 GB of internal storage, HSDPA 7 . 2Mbps, Built - in GPS receiver
Disadvantages: Poor battery life, No TV out port, No memory card slot,
    We like:
GPS; Wi-Fi; HSDPA; accelerometer; slim design

    We don't like:
Sluggish interface performance; lack of flash on camera; screen isn't as responsive as we would have liked
    Does Not Have –
    • Card slot
    • HSCSD
    • Infrared port
I don't really like the back of it tbh.

True, you should be looking for an MP3 Player if you need more than 4GBs.

I'm a fan of the Windows Mobile OS, however the HTC Diamond Touch isn't as 'Touchable' as it makes out, you can only use your fingers to do basic things on the phone (Typing & Ringing primarily), you'll have to use a stylus to do a lot of things. It's called Touchflo 3D as it knows the difference between your finger and a stylus.

Windows Mobile is excellent as a personal organiser, portable office & outlook built-in and the applications can be anything as there's no limits. Internet browsing doesn't use 'Pinching' to zoom in and out I believe, unlike the iPhone and Android.

It's a very nice looking phone and surprisingly light but it really depends on what you need it for, I'd personally never buy a Smartphone/PDA with out a real keyboard. Also try looking at the previous model, the HTC Touch, it's much cheaper, I saw it in Cex for just £150 with sim unlocked last week, second hand but A grade condition and WM6.1 still.
