Since alot of 'younger' habbos play Habbo Hotel, they wont allow Violence such as Biting of the neck. but possibly chasing.

Dont you know? They just cross refrence the people on the "random habbos" thing on the community page, with people who have won more than 5 habbo competitions AND have 15+ badges and whoever meets that criteria, get's a badge.
