It could possibly kill you. It will cause major damage to both your liver and kidney and if left untreated, you will suffer from a liver failure - At any rate, I wouldn't advise trying it.

It varies from person to person. Person A could take thirty and be pretty much fine whereas Person B could take ten and die. It depends on lots of things from your current state of health to your body mass to what you've eaten that day.

Hmm, do you reckon eating nothing would prove greater risk? (thanks for help btw)

I can't remember where exactly I heard/read this but I think it has something to do with your body not being able to cope with the paracetamol toxins on an empty stomach (have your parents ever told you to eat before you take a tablet)? A paracetamol overdose can cause the stomach to bleed heavily and if you've eaten it's less likely to happen.

I'm glad I could be of some help and I do hope you weren't planning on trying it and, if you were, you won't now!

I swear no one would be able to take 30 and live :S

and 10 would definately cause damage.. Lots people ask a question like this and paracetamol is like one of the worse ways to die.. You die slowly it could take a week or more to kill you
