Well as you may know, I recently got a job at GAME. I figure it's best posted here as, well, it's the gaming section. But I've been training a few times and found out a few urban myths that I can now confirm!
The first belif is that the PEGI system isn't used as a proper system, more of a guidline. I can confirm this isn't true with GAME, I've been told to refuse service to people if they don't look old enough with the PEGI warning on it. The second myth is that you have to be 18 years old to trade in an 18 rated. This is true, I'm not aloud to accept 18's from a 12 year old and if I do, I could get fined up to £5000.
Oh and I get a 25% discount and 5.78 an hour :8
Disclaimer -This may not be true of your store but it's true of my two stores!
