    I need a laptop about £300-£400

    Really i only need WiFi, Any RAM Any OS What would you suggest?

    you dont want ANY ram, as most laptops have vista you want a min of 2GB ram

    Processor is nothing to do with RAM, its the motherboard...

    Yes, but the processor isn't directly involved with the RAM, so the RAM you use isnt dependant on the processor you use, its the type the motherboard uses, i.e. i could have a DDR2-4300 motherboard and use a Intel E2150 or something but then on another motherboard use DDR2-6400 with the same processor, it doesn't matter about processor, it matters about the type the motherboard uses and processor has nothing to do with ram physically speaking...
