Default Full Guide To Capturting Your Games Console.

I said I would write this guide but I never got round to doing it.

    • What do I need?

You'll need a capture card, I've only ever used a Dazzle but that's all I can recommend, it does have drivers for Vista, if you do have Vista you will need to download drives off of Pinnacle's website.

    1 Capture Card - http://www.amazon.com/EASYCAP-Audio-...4785651&sr=8-4
3 Splitters - http://i270.photobucket.com/albums/j...g/Picture3.jpg (My ones I can't find a picture of any decent splitters on Google)
Double Ended RC AV Cables - http://satelliteav.com/mmatv/Images/RCAMM.JPG

    • What capture cards are out there?

Easy Cap - HC00RH00LIH00P (I think his forum name is that) owns one of them, he has broadcasted live with it and made YouTube videos so I suppose it's pretty good.

Dazzle DVC 170 (Plantium) - Very good, I use it and I'm on Vista, I have trouble broadcasting and no one around justin.tv forums can seem to help me, it's good for making basic montages and stuff but if you want to broadcast I don't think it's the capture card for you because the drivers are kind of messed up I think.

Theres some well explained videos that explain how to capture and such, good luck.

Not very well writen, I was in a rush just so you people could see it, I'll try PM a mod and add onto it later on today and make it far more detailed.

Can you show us videos/montages of both dazzle (yours) and Easy Cap (the other guys), so I can note which is best quality.
    Thanks +rep.
