    Default T-mobile?

    Are they any good?

I found a good deal I might get, but there's no point if it's a crap network.

Use the coverage checker to check your area.

One thing I would complain about my T-Mobile, and my dad does too (who works there), is the coverage, but we are out in the countryside, we still get coverage, just not so great.

I was with them for about five years under the same contract. No problems with them, customer support was great too. I also had no problems with coverage.
I only left because 3 offered a better amount of texts and mins.

Virgin run on the T-Mobile network, but I don't know what their support is like.

I just went on a review site and apparently the signal is bad for quite a lot of people and crap customer service

I was also on Virgin ages ago. That was before it was Virgin Media though. Support wasn't bad then, though.

I like T-Mobile but their coverage isn't great. When being in town sometimes the internet on my phone is quite slow or plays up but if you don't use it for internet then you'd probably be fine as long as you don't live in a Valley in the middle of nowhere.

I used to be on Virgin years ago and they were ok but they probably have changed.

Virgin Mobile support was brilliant when I was a customer then, but I've left to go to o2 for better deal. Maybe the whole Virgin Media change caused some cutbacks in the support dept?
